REQUEST FOR LIFENETS:
For our Congo orphanage, I need a plain old small digital camera that you may no longer use Since many of us have phones that take superior photos to what we used to take with conventional cameras, those old cameras are tucked somewhere in a drawer. I had two such cameras and gave them away in Africa. If you have a camera that you don’t use and could give away, I’ll give you a tax receipt.

38 Hats Today!

We received 38 hand-made hats from Renee Robertson and Ruth Chuprinko in Vancouver, WA today.  They will be going to Malawi, Zambia and South Africa plus other places.  We thank these wonderful ladies for their love and care for little children by making hats for us at different times.

Zambia Scholarship Graduate Nancy Mwanza

Zambia Borehole Completed

Our remote Mufumbwe, Zambia borehole project complete. It provides drinking and irrigation water to the Chilemo Orphan’s Club and the community. LifeNets thanks the Vladimir and Oksana Badaliy family of Portland, Oregon for the funding.

Zambia Completes Church Building

Mapoko, Zambia — a completed church building dedicated October 8, 2016. LifeNets along with Salem, Oregon UCG provided funds not only for the building construction but also for cattle and other humanitarian needs.

Derrick Pringle Reports on Zambian Youth Trip

From ZAMBIA. This is an updated report with photos from Derrick Pringle who took youth from the Copperbelt first to Victoria Falls, then to our United Youth Camp at our church property that has just come back to us after five years. We are grateful to have it back and use it for its intended purpose. We will be holding the Feast of Tabernacles at this site later this week as well.
