I am working for the Malawi government for the ministry of transport and public works as a motor vehicle mechanic in Dedza. Here’s a favorite post of ours from the past: Nester Phiri showing us the progress of the completion of LifeNets Prenatal and Neonatal Clinic Being Built in Salima, Malawi on our visit April 16th of this year. We are making progress in finishing this building with the help of LifeNets Australia.

10th Anniversary of LifeNet’s Help with Katrina

August 2, 2015 This month is the 10th anniversary of Katrina, one of the most devastating storms to hit the United States. We helped out with more than $25,000 in aid and visited in 6 months later. Take a look at some of the photos and read some of the stories of our work at that time. Photo is of Bev with 83 year-old Linda Bergeron who lost everything and lived in a tent city in Chalmett, outside New Orleans for many months.
